Robert Philipp

Robert Philipp is an accomplished professional in the field of satellite technology and ground station operations, currently serving as the Ground Station Network Manager at SaxaVord Spaceport UK since July 2023. Previously, Robert held the position of VP Global Infrastructure at Leaf Space, where the focus was on developing distributed ground station infrastructure. Experience includes roles as a Remote Site Maintenance Engineer for spaceopal GmbH, a Ground Data Systems Engineer at the German Space Operations Centre, and various engineering and project management positions at European Space Imaging and Planet, contributing significant expertise in satellite data processing and system engineering.
