Heather Broome

Heather Broome is an accomplished professional in executive search and leadership development, currently serving as Partner - CTO & CPO Practice at Artico Search since June 2024. Previously, Heather co-founded SheTO in October 2017 to empower women engineering leaders, and was a Partner at Code Search Partners from November 2017 to June 2024, focusing on VP Engineering and CTO searches. Heather held the position of Partner at Launch Search Partners for one year and served as Managing Director at Vantage Partners from January 2014 to November 2016, where a strong VP Engineering and VP Product practice was developed. Furthermore, Heather co-founded Berkeley Technology Network, fostering connections among Cal Alumni in the tech community, and was President of Blue Executive Search from June 2003 to December 2013, specializing in technical executive searches. Heather holds a BA in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
