Kathleen Haak

Kathleen Haak currently serves as the Communications Coordinator at Shiawassee RESD, where leadership in managing social media platforms and content creation for various digital media is demonstrated. As the Owner of The Virtual Writer since 2012, personalized solutions for small businesses in content management and online training have been provided. Previously, as Publications Director for the Carriage Association of America Inc, advocacy for the conservation of horse-drawn vehicles was achieved through print and digital media. Kathleen's experience includes a role as Senior Coordinator at Dorrance Publishing Company, where a communication system for educating writers was created, and positions at Scott Township Public Library and Barnes & Noble College Bookstore, showcasing a strong background in client relations, customer support, and marketing. Kathleen holds a Graduate Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sullivan University.
