Lora Phelps

Lora Phelps serves as the Early College/Dual Enrollment Coordinator at Shiawassee RESD since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in admissions and recruitment from previous roles at Shiawassee Community Foundation, Oakland University, and the University of Michigan-Flint. With a background in leadership, communication, and marketing, Lora excels in building relationships with educational stakeholders and developing strategic recruitment plans. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration focused on Non-Profit Agency Management and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications, both from the University of Michigan-Flint.
