Ryu Fukuyama

Ryu Fukuyama is a Senior Associate in the Emerging Companies/M&A Team at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where involvement has included mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and financing matters since May 2021. In addition to this role, Ryu serves as a mentor at Cleantech Open, Alchemist Accelerator, and Santa Clara University Bronco Venture Accelerator, and as an advisor at ShibuLA Ventures, all beginning in 2025 or 2024. Previously, Ryu was an Associate at Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell Ltd. from November 2016 to April 2021, with a focus on corporate legal matters. Ryu also gained experience through secondments at Daiwa PI Partners Co. Ltd. and Mitsui Chemicals Group in early 2020. Ryu holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Waseda University.
