Gailyn B. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Technical Production Intern at Connecticut Public Broadcasting. Gailyn then worked as an Audience Services at WBZ TV in 2006, a Development Intern at Al Roker Entertainment in 2007, a Production Assistant for Freelance in 2008, a Promotions Assistant at the Boston Beer Company in 2011, and a Member Services Specialist and Field Marketing Representative at Zipcar from 2010-2016. In 2016, they became a Product Owner at Shibumi. Throughout their career, Gailyn has acted as a department stakeholder in companywide projects and initiatives, identified operational improvements, supported and trained Member Services teams, and lead requirement gathering and story development.

Gailyn B. graduated from Northeastern University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Media Studies, and Business.
