Before Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Jason was a legislative representative for the City of New York, where they advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other strategic opportunities.

Prior to their work in the public sector, Jason was an analyst at JPMorgan, where they advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other strategic opportunities.

Jason Bobby completed a BS in Engineering at Cornell University and then went on to complete a Doctor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
