Lance Wasson

Lance Wasson is a seasoned professional in project engineering and quality control with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Shiel Sexton since July 2022, Lance has previously held various roles at ThyssenKrupp Aerospace NA and TMX Aerospace from May 1997 to July 2022, including Quality Control and Material Control Supervisor, Safety Champion, and Lean Champion. Responsibilities included the administration of the AS9100 Quality System, quality control for SABRe requirements, and oversight of the cycle count program and lab sampling processes for finished goods, along with employee training and safety initiatives. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Hanover College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
