Benjamin Bradley has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Benjamin currently holds the position of Director of Business Development for Fixed Wing Aircraft & Weapons Programs at Shield AI, a company they joined in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LinQuest from 2019 to 2022 as a Senior Manager in Business Development & Capture.
From 2013 to 2019, Bradley served as the Director of Safety & Leadership Development at Thompson Construction Group, overseeing safety professionals and leading corporate change and innovation. Before that, they were the Deputy Commander at 451 Operations Group Afghanistan from 2012 to 2013, where they directed a multi-billion-dollar combat operation.
Bradley also held the position of Deputy Commander at 20th Operations Group USAF from 2011 to 2012, managing a large operational F-16 group. Prior to that, they commanded the 79th Fighter Squadron from 2010 to 2011, leading operations and managing a squadron of aircraft and personnel.
Their career in the United States Air Force began in 1993, where they served in various roles including Director of Operations, Fighter Pilot, and Staff Officer. Their responsibilities included managing squadron operations, overseeing projects, and leading air defense missions.
Benjamin Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. Benjamin also has a Master of Science Analytics (MSA) degree in Business Analytics from the Villanova School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from the Marine Corps University. Benjamin has also attained several certifications, including Air Transport Pilot - Multi-Engine, Certified Flight Instructor (CFII), and Commercial Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
