Rick Santora

Rick Santora is currently the Manager of Hivemind Systems Engineering at Shield AI. They have previously served as an Avionics System Engineer at Sikorsky and held various positions at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where they led project engineering efforts for the MQ-9A Block 5 Predator Mission Trainer program. Rick also worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Specialist in Project Engineering, managing multi-disciplinary teams on high-revenue projects. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master's Degree in Space Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MBA from San Diego State University.
