Willy Logan serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at Shield AI, leading the Chief Engineering Hivemind Solutions team to integrate autonomy products for Department of Defense unmanned platforms. Previously, Willy established and directed the Chief Engineering organization at Shield AI, providing support across multiple business units. With extensive experience at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Willy held various positions, including Deputy Director of Systems Engineering, where responsibilities included software development for the MQ-9B UK Protector, and Chief Engineer for mission systems. Early career experience includes roles at Naval Air Systems Command as an Aeromechanical Engineer. Willy holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, as well as an Executive Perspective for Scientists & Engineers certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
