Joseph Pignato

Joseph Pignato is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the investment team at Shield Capital since September 2021, Pignato has previously held significant positions including Chairman of the Board and Board Member at Federated Wireless, and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Allied Minds. Additional board memberships include positions at Orbital Sidekick, BridgeComm, Inc., Spin Memory, TableUp, and HawkEye 360, among others. Pignato's career includes a tenure as CFO at Upserve, which was acquired by Lightspeed. Pignato holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Saint Anselm College, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
