Richard Drennen

Richard Drennen is the Business Development Officer at Shield Compliance. Richard has held this position since 2020.

Drennen has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Richard started their career as the Director of Marketing for Southeast Venture, LLC from 1983 to 1990. Richard then became the Vice President of Corporate Development for Brice Building Company from 1990 to 1999. After that, they became the President of Superior Mechanical, Inc. from 1999 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Brogdon Energy as the VP Sales & Development and they remained there until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Drennen served as the Director Of Administration & Chief Operating Officer for GenCanna Global USA, Inc.

Drennen has a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development. Richard has a wealth of experience in the telecom and utility industries, as well as in engineering and modeling. Richard is also familiar with upscale residential communities, having worked on a 500-acre project in the past.

Richard Drennen's educational career includes earning a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University and attending Indian Springs School.
