Tony Repanich

Tony Repanich is the current President & COO at Shield Compliance. Prior to their current position, Tony served as the Principal Consultant at FI-Partners from December 2017 to August 2022. Before that, Tony was the President and CEO at Pacific Century Holdings from November 2016 to June 2018. Tony has also been a Board Member at Junior Achievement of Washington from January 1998 to December 2011. Lastly, Tony served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Banking and Marketing Officer at Peoples Bank from January 1994 to November 2016 where they led customer-facing activities including branch banking, e-services, mortgage lending and marketing in addition to the departments that support origination activities including real estate loan operations, credit administration, and deposit operations.

Tony Repanich attended the Pacific Coast Banking School for their graduate degree in banking and marketing. Tony also went to Western Washington University for their undergraduate degree in marketing.

They are on a team with Cami Cantrell - EVP, Payments & Strategic Alliances, Richard Drennen - Business Development Officer, and Bern Osterhaug - Operations & Product Manager. Their manager is Noah Carey, Founder & CEO.
