Jaime Appenzeller

Jaime Appenzeller is the HR Manager at Shield Consulting Solutions. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner at HighPoint Global from July 2016 to February 2017. In that role, they partnered with HR leaders and management on organizational and workforce planning, staff development, change management, employee engagement, and HR services and communications that supported HPG’s mission, vision, strategic plan, and operations. Jaime also facilitated the delivery of HR programs and services to support the business objectives.

Appenzeller has a long history of driving performance management throughout the year by coaching managers on appropriate goal setting, coaching and feedback leading up to the annual review process. Jaime has also partnered with business leaders to implement and improve HR initiatives to drive improved business results, including collaborating with functional HR partners to execute HR strategies enabling business objectives and supporting future business growth. In addition, they have experience driving strategies to retain key talent and develop or deploy low performers. Assessing employee relations trends and issues is another one of their key strengths, as well as supporting business leaders on change impact and readiness for dealing with change.

When it comes to working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, Jaime Appenzeller has a wealth of experience. Jaime is known for being able to build trust between HR and employees after HR absence. Jaime Appenzeller has a Bachelor's degree in Management with a Marketing Concentration from Hood College. Jaime also has a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland, University College.
