Inês Pires

Inês Pires currently serves as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Partner at Shield since August 2025. Prior to this role, Inês was an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead at Raketech from October 2023 to August 2025, overseeing operations in Portugal, Spain, Malta, and the US. Inês also worked at Manta, an IBM Company, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from January 2022 to October 2023 and held the same title at OutSystems from November 2020 to December 2021. Other key positions include HR Key Account at Volkswagen Group Services – Portugal and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Feedzai. Inês started the career as a Talent Manager at AFFINITY Portugal and as a Researcher at Bravemind. Inês holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA - Instituto Universitário, completed in 2014.
