Stephanie Young has extensive experience in customer success and implementation roles, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Shield since January 2023. Previously, Stephanie worked at WalkMe™ from March 2019 to December 2022, where positions included Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Implementation Consultant, and Solutions Engineer, leading complex implementations for Fortune 500 clients and developing training programs across EMEA. Earlier roles included Tier 2 Customer Support and Content Management at Zeek, Market Research Coder and Telephone Interviewer at ASK International Market Research, and various positions while studying at the University of Birmingham, where notable contributions included creating resources for students and managing events for the Women in Finance Society. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with German from the University of Birmingham and completed a year at Freie Universität Berlin.
