Tamar Sharir Beiser

Tamar Sharir Beiser has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Tamar started their career at Orad is Avid in 2002 as a Support Manager, and later worked as a R&D Software Engineer and Product Manager. In 2009, they joined NICE Ltd and held positions such as Corporate Strategy Manager, Director of Product Marketing, Director Product Management, and VP, Head of CXone (Cloud) Applications LoB. Tamar also served as the Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management. From 2012 to 2018, Tamar was a Board Member at NOVA Project. In 2016, they became a Board Observer at CallVU. Tamar then worked at Ex Libris as the Corporate VP (GM), Resource Management Solutions, and later joined Pagaya as the SVP Product. Currently, Tamar is serving as the Chief Product Officer at Shield.

Tamar Sharir Beiser attended Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a BSc in Computer Science. In 2007-2008, they pursued an MBA at INSEAD.
