Sophie Condie

Sophie Condie has a long and varied work experience. Sophie currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Group Operations Director at Shieldpay, a position they have held since 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Operations Lead at Form3 Financial Cloud, a company that helps banks and regulated fintechs move money faster. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Team Leader of Cash Management at Barclays Corporate Banking. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Business Associate at UK Business Mentoring Ltd. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, they were the Deputy Regional Sales Director and Cash Management Consultant at the Royal Bank of Scotland. In their roles, they have been responsible for managing Senior Key Stakeholders, creating and implementing innovative projects, building relationships with sales teams, and achieving and exceeding financial targets.

Sophie Condie obtained their Certificate in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in 2011. Sophie also holds certifications in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, obtained in October 2011, and the Barclays Digital Driving Licence from Barclays.
