Lauren Morton

Lauren Morton is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. As Vice President of Operations at Shields Advanced Therapies since June 2025, Lauren directs operational strategies. Previously, as Vice President of Business Operations at Science Exchange from January 2024 to May 2025, Lauren managed customer and billing support, supplier onboarding, and client implementations, driving procurement improvements. Lauren held multiple roles at Science Exchange from November 2018 to March 2023, culminating in Vice President of Revenue Operations, where responsibilities included guiding sales operations and delivering key SaaS performance metrics to the Board. Additional experience encompasses roles at Pavilion, Deloitte Consulting, and various engineering positions at notable companies. Lauren holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
