Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Shields Business Solutions Inc since May 2023, McBride previously held a similar position at PENN Capital Management Co, Inc. from January 2007 to May 2023, where responsibilities expanded to include Chief Operating Officer and involvement on the Corporate Board. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Accounting at NCO Group, managing financial data for management and public reporting, and as an Audit Manager at PwC, leading resources on multiple engagements. McBride holds a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University.
