Ashley Trahan is an experienced health and behavioral health professional with a strong background in supporting diverse communities. Currently serving as Clinic Coordinator at East Bay Agency for Children since August 2016, Ashley focuses on trauma-informed holistic care for the Frick community, facilitating access to medical, dental, and behavioral health services in partnership with local organizations. As a Mental Health Case Manager at SHIELDS for Families since June 2014, intensive case management is provided for women and children in rehabilitation. Previous roles include Health Educator II at La Clinica de La Raza, Activities Assistant at Mercy Care and Retirement Center, and Youth Trainer at the Institute for the Advanced Studies of Black Family Life and Culture. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Grand Canyon University and a B.S./B.A. in Health Education and Africana Studies from San Francisco State University.
