MacKenzie Shea

Mackenzie Shea is a seasoned professional in healthcare administration with extensive experience in customer care and administrative roles. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager and previously holding the position of Executive Assistant at Shields Health since June 2022, Mackenzie also worked at Tufts Medical Center from November 2016 to June 2022 as Practice Team Lead in the Department of Neurosurgery and as Administrative Coordinator to the Chief of Neurovascular Surgery. Prior to that, Mackenzie was a Substitute Teacher at Pembroke Public Schools and served as Recruitment Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities included guiding individuals in their career decisions. Early professional experiences include internships in admissions, medicine, writing support, and clinical quality assurance, which contributed to the development of strong organizational and communication skills. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College, completed in 2015, and a high school diploma from Notre Dame Academy.
