Catherine Flores

Catherine Flores has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Catherine began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at City Drug Co in 2012 and held the position until 2017. Catherine then joined Ogden Pharmacy in 2018 as a Pharmacy Technician and worked there until 2020. In 2020, Catherine joined Shields Health Solutions, where they have held multiple roles. Catherine started as a Pharmacy Liaison and worked in that position until 2021 when they transitioned to the role of National Integration Specialty Pharmacy Liaison. Later in the same year, they became the Supervisor of Patient Services in Specialty Pharmacy Operations. Currently, Catherine is working as the Regional Integration Manager-Specialty Pharmacy Implementation at Shields Health Solutions.

Catherine Flores began their education history in 2010, when they enrolled at CUNY Bronx Community College. Catherine pursued a degree in Psychology and completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in 2018.

In 2020, Catherine continued their education at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they pursued a degree in Health Service Administration/ Human Resources with a focus on Public Health. Catherine completed this degree in 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Catherine has obtained various certifications. In January 2020, they became a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). In the following years, Catherine obtained certifications in Problem Solving, Business Strategy, Adaptability & Resilience, and completed the Management Accelerator program as part of the Hispanic & Latino Leadership Academy offered by McKinsey & Company.

Furthermore, Catherine received several honors and recognitions during their time at Lehman College. In 2021, they were awarded the Lehman College of the City University of New York - Presidential Scholar for both the Fall and Spring semesters. Additionally, they were recognized as the Lehman College CUNY - Fall 2021 Outstanding Junior.

Most recently, in 2023, Catherine obtained a certification in Learning Excel Desktop (Microsoft 365) through LinkedIn.
