Jose Garcia Jr. has a diverse range of experience in technical support, customer service, and the arts. Currently serving as a Help Desk Technician at Shields Health Solutions since November 2020, Jose previously held roles in technical support at UnitedHealth Group and Nortek, where responsibilities included diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions in a call center environment. Additionally, experience as Head of the Dairy Department at Price Rite Supermarket involved overseeing product management and team coordination. Jose also has a long-standing passion for music, performing as a musician and emcee with Frame of Mind Entertainment since February 2010. Educational background includes attendance at Year Up/CCRI and Weber State University, focusing on Graphic Design, and a high school diploma from Classical High School.
