Lauren Skilton Pharmd, Rph, Csp

Lauren Skilton, PharmD, RPh, CSP has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical field. Lauren is currently working at Shields Health Solutions as a Clinical Pharmacist Education & Development Specialist since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Shields Health Solutions from April 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Shields Health Solutions, Lauren worked at Albertsons Companies as a Pharmacist from April 2020 to December 2021. Lauren had previously held the role of Pharmacist from September 2018 to April 2020 and started their journey in the company as a Pharmacy Intern from December 2017 to September 2018.

Lauren also gained valuable experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from January 2015 to February 2018, where they contributed to the pharmacy team. Lauren additionally served as a Pharmacovigilance Research Assistant at Northeastern University from September 2016 to December 2017, further enhancing their expertise in the field.

Lauren had the opportunity to intern at Biogen, where they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Intern for a brief period in May 2017. Lastly, they began their career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Pharmacy Intern at Albertsons Companies from May 2014 to September 2014.

Lauren Skilton completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at Northeastern University, where they studied from 2012 to 2018. Lauren specialized in Pharmacy during their studies. In addition to their degree, Lauren Skilton also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Lauren became a Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) through the Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board in December 2022. Additionally, they obtained an Immunization Certification from the American Pharmacists Association in March 2017. Lauren Skilton also holds a Registered Pharmacist license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
