Thomas Diaz

Thomas Diaz has extensive experience in patient services and pharmacy operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Patient Services at Shields Health Solutions since August 2016, following roles as Quality Assurance Manager, Clinical Integration Specialist, and Pharmacy Liaison. Prior to this, Thomas spent eight years at Rite Aid Pharmacy, where responsibilities included Wellness Ambassador, District Wellness Ambassador Trainer, Pharmacy Technician, and Sales Associate. Education includes an Associate of Science in Molecular Biology from Holyoke Community College, completed between 2011 and 2014.
