Marla Harvey is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with experience in various healthcare settings. With a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University, Marla has worked in both hospital and private practice settings. Currently holding positions at ORTHOPEDIC AND SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSOCIATES, 5by5 Performance Therapy, and Shields and Stripes, Marla continues to provide quality care to their patients. In addition, Marla is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Science at the University of Pittsburgh to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field.

Shields & Stripes
The Shields & Stripes program is a 3 month, whole-person optimization program that is restoring the lives of veterans and first responders. By partnering our expert team with an EXOS Performance facility, we host Shields & Stripes Athletes for 1 month and comprehensively address the physical and mental aspects of trauma. We do this by utilizing a variety of therapies including: Strength and Conditioning Dietician Consultation Meals made on-site Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Psych Therapy Massage Group Therapy Yoga Ice Therapy Upon returning home, we will follow up with 2 months of virtual care to ensure our concepts are solidified in their everyday lives and have a long-lasting impact on their quality of life and relationships.
