Steven Nisbet is the President and Co-Founder of Shields and Stripes, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving law enforcement, first responders, and veterans. Steven previously served in the USAF as a Special Tactics Team Leader and Rescue Team Leader, demonstrating expertise in combat medicine, crisis response, and technical rescue. Steven also worked as a Transitioning Veteran at EXOS, focusing on business plan development and sales enterprise. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Science degree in Personnel Recovery.

Shields & Stripes
The Shields & Stripes program is a 3 month, whole-person optimization program that is restoring the lives of veterans and first responders. By partnering our expert team with an EXOS Performance facility, we host Shields & Stripes Athletes for 1 month and comprehensively address the physical and mental aspects of trauma. We do this by utilizing a variety of therapies including: Strength and Conditioning Dietician Consultation Meals made on-site Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Psych Therapy Massage Group Therapy Yoga Ice Therapy Upon returning home, we will follow up with 2 months of virtual care to ensure our concepts are solidified in their everyday lives and have a long-lasting impact on their quality of life and relationships.
