Abdus Salam Khan

Abdus-Salam Khan is currently serving as the Medical Director at Shifa Medical Center, G-10, where the facility is innovatively transitioning to include an Urgent Care Clinic alongside its dialysis and outpatient services. With extensive experience, Abdus-Salam Khan has been involved in emergency medicine education as a Supervisor of the Emergency Medicine Residency Training program at the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan, where Abdus-Salam Khan was also the Dean of the Faculty of Emergency Medicine for three years. In addition, Abdus-Salam Khan has been the Director of the Emergency Department at Shifa International Hospitals Limited since 2009 and previously served as a consultant. Abdus-Salam Khan was the President of the Pakistan Society of Emergency Medicine from 2018 to 2021 and has experience as an Attending Physician at Express Care of Tampa Bay. Abdus-Salam Khan holds an MBBS degree from Dow Medical College and Dow University of Health Sciences.
