Rahul Khairnar

Rahul Khairnar is an accomplished software engineer with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Team Lead at Shifamed since June 2025, Rahul previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at LeewayHertz for a brief period in 2025. At Funding Societies | Modalku Group, from September 2022 to March 2025, Rahul significantly contributed to the MOFIS project by developing essential modules using Apache Fineract and Golang. Prior to this role, Rahul was a Senior Software Engineer at Visionify.ai, where responsibility included managing key customer projects with a focus on technology-driven cost reduction. In earlier experience as a Senior Back End Developer at AUM Telecom, Rahul designed a Matching Algorithm for a dating app and developed backend services using Python Django. Rahul holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Gujarat University, completed in December 2016.
