Matt Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and strategy within the marketing and communications sectors. Currently serving as Research Director at SHIFT Active Media since March 2022, Matt previously held key roles at Hall & Partners as Group Strategy Director and Strategy Director from January 2016 to February 2022. Prior experience includes Associate Director at Conquest Research Ltd, focusing on leading various projects, and several roles at Millward Brown, culminating as Account Insight Manager, where analysis on consumer insights was conducted across multiple sectors. Matt holds a degree in Archaeology from the University of Reading, completed in 2008, and attended Brentwood School from 1998 to 2005.
