Rachael Burnside

Rachael Burnside is an accomplished marketing professional with over a decade of experience in leading multi-channel campaigns across various sectors, including sport, automotive, and public services. Currently, Rachael serves as the Head of Marketing & Growth at SHIFT Active Media, where responsibilities include managing notable client accounts such as Rapha and Cannondale. Additionally, Rachael holds positions as Business & Marketing Director and Account Director at Uplift, a mentorship programme designed to support women in the cycling industry. Previous roles include Senior Account Manager at RLA Group, Account Manager at dentsu international, and multiple positions in media planning and account management at Spiritmedia Scotland and Global. Rachael received a BA Hons in Film and Media from Queen Margaret University and attended Hutchesons' Grammar School.
