Felipe Augusto Pereira is a seasoned professional in Quality Assurance and Agile methodologies, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at Shift since May 2023. With extensive experience across several organizations, including roles as Delivery Lead - Scrum Master at PALO IT and QA Lead at Black Dog Institute, Felipe has a strong background in test strategy implementation, test automation, and team leadership. Known for facilitating agile ceremonies and enhancing communication between development teams and user experience designers, Felipe is adept at driving projects towards business value while maintaining operational excellence.
