Rodney Alves is the current CEO of Shift Energy. Rodney has also served as a board member for Building 8 People & Performance, Alves Law, and Shift Energy Holdings, Inc. From 2011 to 2014, Rodney was the general counsel, board member, and co-founder of MEE, Inc. Rodney also assisted and invested in a Clean Energy Company from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their work with Shift Energy, Rodney is also the founder of an e-commerce company and the managing partner and founder of Alves, Videla Business Strategies.
