Alec Novella has a diverse background in marketing and analytics, currently serving as Growth Marketing Manager at Shift Markets since July 2021, after holding positions as Growth Marketing Specialist and Marketing Data Analyst within the same company. Prior to that, Alec was a Marketing Analyst at Graduation Source from August 2020 to July 2021 and worked as a Business Analyst at Potoo® from April 2019 to April 2020. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut-Stamford, earned between 2016 and 2020.
