Marcus Demmon

Marcus Demmon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marcus currently works at Shift Media as the Director of Enterprise Sales and Customer Success, a role they assumed in March 2022. Prior to this, Marcus was the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Shift Media from August 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Shift Media, Marcus served as the Manager of Customer Solutions at Shift Media from February 2019 to November 2021. In this role, they rebranded the support team as the "Solutions Team" and implemented a new playbook and success metrics focused on improving customer impressions. Marcus also hired, trained, and managed a remote team of four support agents spread across Boston and LA.

Their journey at MediaSilo began in February 2017 as a Customer Success Manager. Following the company's merger with Wiredrive and rebrand to Shift, Marcus continued in the same role, but with expanded responsibilities, overseeing multiple products and applications. Marcus remained in this position until February 2019.

Prior to MediaSilo, Marcus worked at Zandrak Productions LLC as a Producer on the feature film "April Grace" from July 2012 to January 2013. Marcus successfully delivered the film within budget by managing expenditures and coordinating transportation. Marcus also provided story consultation throughout the editorial process. Additionally, Marcus served as an Associate Producer on the short film "Doodle" from August 2012 to December 2012. In this role, they oversaw the film festival submission process and provided story consultation.

Marcus began their career as an intern at @radical.media in January 2011, where they primarily supported the Music Videos team. Marcus conducted script coverage and digitized production wrap books, among other tasks.

Marcus Demmon attended Onondaga Community College from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued studies in Business Administration. Following this, they attended Emerson College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production.
