Craig Ayers

Craig Ayers has extensive experience in executive leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as COO/CFO at Shift Paradigm since July 2025, Ayers previously held the position of CXO at Syniti from February 2024 to July 2025. As a founding member of Journey, Ayers acted as CFO/COO from January 2022 to January 2024, focusing on business acquisitions, operational processes, and financial strategies for growth. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and CFO/COO at Capgemini from July 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included integrating the acquisition of frog. At frog, from July 2013 to January 2022, Ayers was the global CFO/COO, overseeing financial growth and operational success. Earlier in the career at Accenture, roles included Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, among others. Ayers holds a BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
