James Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and product development. Currently serving as Associate Director of Data & Analytics at Shift Paradigm since November 2022, Young has also held the position of Director of Product Development at TouchLinker since January 2019, focusing on innovative applications and hardware for touch-based internet interaction. Previous roles include Associate Director of Data Science at ERGO and Data Engineer at Slice, along with significant tenure as Senior Data Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield and Financial Systems Analyst at Simon and Schuster. Young began a career in performance analysis for mutual funds at Dean Witter.
