Cécile Firdion - Joseph is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and international mobility. Currently serving as Head of HRBP at Shift Technology since January 2021, Cécile supports the development of HR processes in a leading tech insurance company. Prior to this role, Cécile was the Human Resources Director of Sopexa Group, where responsibilities included managing HR activities across international operations, talent retention, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Cécile has also held positions at Subsea 7, McKinsey & Company, IBM, and AOS Studley, focusing on expatriate management, HR advisory, and career development.
