Kevin Rich

Kevin Rich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and business development. As the Director of Global GTM Enablement at Shift Technology since October 2020, Kevin has expanded responsibilities to include the global rollout of the ValueSelling Framework and the development of a global sales leadership program. Prior roles at Shift Technology include Manager of Global GTM Enablement, where Kevin led education initiatives and onboarding programs. Prior to this, Kevin contributed to Toast, Inc. as a Manager in Inside Sales and Partnerships, successfully achieving significant revenue targets and managing go-to-market strategies for integration partners. Kevin's career began at HubSpot, where various roles culminated in a Senior Account Executive position, consistently exceeding sales quotas. Kevin holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Sports Communications from Marist University.
