Matt Riddell has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Matt began their career as an eCommerce Intern at McLaren Automotive Ltd in 2011. Later, they worked at Academium as an Education Marketing Executive and then as a Digital Marketing Manager. In 2017, they joined Brass and served as a Senior PPC Executive, PPC Account Manager, and eventually as a Senior PPC Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to SHIFT - The Amazon Experts, where they initially worked as a Strategy Partner, then as a Senior Strategy Partner, and currently holds the role of Strategy Director. Matt has a strong track record of delivering results and driving conversions for their clients.

Matt Riddell completed their BA (Hons) in Management and Philosophy from the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Bradford Grammar School from 2003 to 2010, where they completed A-Levels in Business Studies, English Language, and History. In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained several certifications in various digital marketing areas, including Amazon Ads Accreditation, Squared Online (a Google/AVADO partnership), Digital Garage Certification from Google, and certifications from Facebook, Hootsuite, Twitter, and Google in social media marketing, analytics, advertising, and related fields.
