Sebastien Guillaud is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, advisory, and leadership roles across various sectors. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Shift4Good since September 2021, Guillaud plays a key role in driving impactful initiatives. Previously, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hera Capital, Guillaud has been instrumental in financing and enhancing growth for companies in South East Asia since March 2012. In addition, a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Kacific Broadband Satellites Group since July 2020 and former Founder and Managing Partner of Soft Venture, Guillaud has a strong background in investment management. Notably, in earlier roles including Executive Director and CEO at Welcome Real-time, Guillaud established a global leadership position in marketing software for the banking sector. Guillaud's career began with financial roles at Seamply and Valeo, complemented by a Master’s in Business with a focus on Finance from emlyon business school.
