Thierry de Panafieu

Thierry de Panafieu is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Shift4Good since September 2021, Thierry has also held the position of Managing Partner at Hera Capital, a private investment firm focusing on Asia, since January 2011. Previous roles include Partner at Vision Capital from 2005 to December 2009, Associate at Hicks Muse Tate & Furst from 2003 to 2005, and Senior Associate at GMT Communications Partners from 1998 to 2003. Thierry de Panafieu holds a Mastere from ESSEC Business School and a Maitrise from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, along with education from Saint Louis de Gonzague.
