Christina Togni

Christina Togni, CCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Shift5 since February 2024. Prior to this role, Christina held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Safe Security, where efforts were focused on supporting the integration of employees following the acquisition of RiskLens. As VP of Human Resources at RiskLens from September 2020 to July 2023, Christina emphasized a culture of trust and transparency while establishing foundational HR tools. Previous experience includes roles as Director of People Success at Ellucian, Human Resources Director at CARFAX, and Director of Compensation at Amtrak, among others, showcasing a robust background in compensation management, employee experience enhancement, and strategic HR operations across diverse industries. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from SUNY Brockport.
