Anthony Knaff

Anthony Knaff has over 20 years of experience in the field of design and user experience. Currently, they are working at Shift7 Digital as the Group Design Director, where they are responsible for driving design programs for clients and mentoring the design team. Prior to this, they worked at Gorilla Group as the Associate Creative Director, UX, where they collaborated with leadership to define team methodology and approach to user-centered design. Anthony also worked as a UX Architect at Gorilla Group, where they implemented experience strategy and developed research initiatives. Before that, Anthony worked at Saggezza as a UX Lead, where they developed and maintained processes to instill best practices and mentored colleagues. Anthony also worked as a Senior UX Designer at Saggezza, leading the UX design for a global ERP system. Additionally, Anthony has experience as a Designer at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Director of Marketing at Atomic Brands, a Lead Designer at Firefly Mobile, a Senior Designer at Tripp Design, and a UI Developer at Infogenic Systems. Throughout their career, Anthony has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of design, including branding, web development, print collateral, and UI development.

Anthony Knaff attended Bradley University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia. In addition to their degree, Anthony has obtained several certifications. In September 2015, they received a certification in CSM from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in August 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer through Salesforce.
