Beata Wołoszyn

Beata Wołoszyn has extensive experience in various HR roles. Beata is currently serving as the HR Director at Shiftkey, where they manage the Poland HR Team and executes the HR strategy for the company. Previously, they worked as an HR Manager at GE Healthcare, where they implemented HR strategies for Digital Technology and Pharmaceutical Diagnosis in Poland and Hungary. Prior to that, Beata was a Principal HR Business Partner at Sabre Corporation, where they implemented HR strategies for Airline Solutions and Hospitality Solutions. Beata has also held HR positions at Provident Polska and Bank BPH, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, provided guidance and support to managers, and participated in various HR processes. Beata started their career as a Junior HR Specialist at Atominium and interned at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. in the Project Coordination and Internal Consulting Department.

Beata Wołoszyn has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Krakow University of Economics, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Informatics and Econometrics at the same university from 2004 to 2009. Beata also has additional certifications, including Train the Trainers from House of Skills in 2014, DISC from Extended DISC in 2013, TELC Business English from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates in 2008, and First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in 2004. In 2019 and 2020, Beata attended the Instytut Mukoid Komunikacja dla Rozwoju for Coaching Studies.
