Terry Groff

Terry Groff has a diverse work experience in legal and corporate roles. Terry currently serves as a Senior Counsel at ShiftPixy® since 2023. Previously, they opened their own law practice, the Law Offices of Terry Groff, representing corporate clients in various legal matters from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Vanguard Logistics Services from 2011 to 2019, overseeing legal, insurance, claims, and compliance departments. Terry also held the role of Vice President, General Counsel, & Corporate Secretary at BAX Global Inc/DB Schenker from 2000 to 2009, managing a wide range of legal and corporate responsibilities. In 2010, they briefly returned to private practice in a consulting capacity to handle a major international legal project for a private equity company. Throughout their career, Terry Groff has demonstrated high ethical standards, expertise in global matters, and strong leadership skills.

Terry Groff's education history includes a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a BBA degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
