Diane Hendricks

Diane Hendricks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality and technology industries. Diane currently serves as the Director of Product for Shiji Group, where they lead a team of product managers and owners, driving the company's roadmap and delivering features for the hospitality industry. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Product Owner for distribution extensions at protel hotelsoftware GmbH, overseeing development for existing and new distribution products. Diane also served as a Senior Sales Consultant at Oracle, working with customers to find appropriate solutions based on their business needs. Additionally, Diane has experience in customer service and team leadership roles at MICROS Systems Inc and Huron Scuba, Snorkel, and Adventure Travel Inc. Diane also worked independently as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Emergency First Response Instructor, teaching diving courses in various locations.

Diane Hendricks holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from The Ohio State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org in 2019, the Cloud Computing Foundation Certificate from EXIN in 2016, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2016, and the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate in Project Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2016.
