Wietse Bijzeit

Wietse Bijzeit has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Wietse is currently serving as the Vice President, Global Solutions Architect at Shiji Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Hospitality Advice and as the Group Director of Technology & Business Solutions at Sircle Collection. Wietse has also held roles such as Strategic Advisor and Director of Business Development Europe at VENZA, Commercial, Operations & Technology Advisor and Commercial Director at Corendon Hotels & Resorts, and Head of Sales & Marketing at WestCord Hotels. Wietse started their career as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Dorint Hotel Amsterdam Airport and Deputy Director of Sales at Bavaria City Suites Doha. Wietse also gained experience at Hilton Hotels, where they held various sales and management positions.

Wietse Bijzeit completed their HAVO degree at Openbare Scholengemeenschap Delta from 1993 to 1998. Wietse then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management at Stenden University from 1998 to 2003. Later, in 2009-2010, they studied Post Bachelor Online Marketing at Lectric - Nextmarketeer.
